Q: How much communication do we have with Beau Vaughn's Coordination service?

A: Because planning a wedding is a full time job, unlimited calls and emails with our team leading up to your wedding to make sure all information is correct and collected before the 1 month mark.  At 3-4 weeks before your wedding, we will assist with finalizing the timeline for your big day and have a face-to-face meeting at our office.
