3-4 weeks prior to your wedding:

Assist with timeline, collect all vendor contacts and contract info

Day of your wedding:

Arrive at venue to direct all vendors, set up personal items, manage timing and flow of the event, be your point-of-contact for any questions, and take care of personal items and gifts at the end of the evening.
